(Qasas) 28 : 3
نَتْلُو عَلَيْكَ مِنْ نَبَإِ مُوسَىٰ وَفِرْعَوْنَ بِالْحَقِّ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
We explain to you from the news of Moses and Pharaoh with Truth for a believing people.
‘With Truth’ means one should try to understand verses seriously than mere reading. But only 1 in 1000 believer will testify the Truth Adhikr. See explanation 12: 111; 16: 64; 27: 2 and 77.
